Below is the basic pricing structure of our web site design
service. Please note that the actual price depends on your particular
requirements. We will give you a more detailed, accurate pricing breakdown
after receiving your web site design
consultation information.
Basic Package: SGD$897
Package includes:
- Free web hosting for one year
- Free .com .net .org domain name for one year
- Custom site logo design
- Site structure and navigation system design
- Custom page layout & site template
- 8 standard pages with graphics
- CGI or PHP feedback form
- Customized error pages
- Basic onsite search engine optimization
- Submission to major search engines and directories
- Free maintenance for 1 month
- Site maintenance training
Add-ons:
- Additional pages: S$40-50 per page (We recommend 50 pages minimum
to rank well in search engines, but the choice is yours.)
- Mailing list: S$200
- Sequential autoresponder: S$100
- Flash intro: S$250+ (We do not recommend using it.)
- Custom CGI script, Java, Javascript: S$50+, it really depends
- Flash banner, Animated GIF: S$30-500+, depends

You may have found that most other web design companies
do not tell you how much they charge for what services. They ask you to
contact them instead.
We reveal our price structure clearly right here, right
now, so that you can do your calculation at ease. We'd like to remind
you a couple of things you should take note:
- We do not claim any copyrights to any material, content, design developed
for your web site. They're yours forever.
- We encourage you to take over site maintenance to reduce cost in the
long run. And we will teach you how to do that.
- We do request a text link back to Singapore Web Hosting
at the bottom of your homepage worded as "Web Design
by Singapore Web Hosting" in small font.
- You will provide copies. If you don't have yet, we can arrange professional
copywriters for you. No, we don't write for you as our English is lousy.
- You will give us authority to copy edit content for search engine
optimization purpose.
- We may link to your site in our portfolio page in the future. Please
give honest, hopefully positive, testimonial if our new prospects ever
contact you for reference.
Process:
- Please fill out free web site design
consultation form as detailed as possible
- We will get back to you in 48 hours (excluding weekend) with a proposal
and detailed quotation
- Your signing on "Web Design Project Requirement Sheet" and
official "Contract" will be regarded as confirmation of the
job
- 30% payment upon job confirmation
- We will then design site logo and template (prototype) for your feedback
and approval
- Entire site building after prototype approval
- 40% payment before we open hosting account for you
- Once the site is up and running, we will inform you to make final
reviews
- The remaining 30% payment should be paid in 15 days after your web
site is up
- Free maintenance for 1 month
